Quadris Solutions is the fiduciary and corporate services arm of Q Group, an independent financial services group with roots dating to 1995. Operating across Switzerland, Singapore, and Dubai, we serve private clients, family offices, and institutional structures requiring specialist expertise across borders. The firm is led by Raphael De Stefano and Francesco Castellazzi, a founding member of the group, who together oversee Quadris Solutions and its affiliated group companies. Their leadership reflects the continuity and values that have defined Q Group since its founding: independence, discretion, and an uncompromising standard of client service.

Quadris Group
Foundation of the group in Switzerland, establishing the basis for an international advisory and fiduciary platform focused on cross-border solutions.

Expansion into independent trust and fiduciary services from Zurich, serving international families and corporate structures.

Our Principals
Over six decades of combined experience in trust, fiduciary and wealth management.
Francesco brings over three decades of experience in international trust and fiduciary services. He began his career in the Swiss financial industry, serving high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients across German, Italian, French and English-speaking markets, ultimately reaching Vice President level at Credit Suisse Fides Trust AG.
As co-founder and Chairman of Q Group since 1995, he provides strategic leadership and deep industry insight, combining the discipline of Swiss private banking with the entrepreneurial perspective gained from guiding an international group through three decades of growth and change.
Raphael combines rigorous academic training with broad frontline experience across audit, insurance and international wealth structuring. A graduate of the University of St. Gallen with a specialisation in Risk Management and Financial Services, he is a qualified Swiss CPA and member of EXPERTsuisse.
Having worked with PwC, Swiss Life and a Liechtenstein insurance start-up before joining Q Group, Raphael brings a rare cross-sector perspective to complex mandates. He has led the group's international client practice since 2012 and its day-to-day operations since 2016. He advises in German, English and Italian.

Quadris Solutions AG is a member of VQF, the Financial Services Standards Association, a Self-Regulatory Organisation formally recognised by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA). VQF membership carries an obligation to supervise members' compliance with anti-money laundering requirements and the prevention of terrorist financing — obligations we take seriously as a matter of both regulation and professional integrity.
Compliance with these standards is verified through annual audits conducted by SWA Swiss Auditors AG, providing clients with independent assurance that our operations meet the highest requirements applicable to regulated financial intermediaries in Switzerland.
